This Privacy Policy describes how The Daily Balance Pro LLC (“we,” “us,” or “DBP”), located at 7904 West Drive Apt 504, North Bay Village, FL 33141, handles information in connection with our internal software integrations, including the Braguinha Hermes API used with Intuit QuickBooks Online.

Who this applies to

This policy covers our private, internal use of Intuit Developer APIs to access QuickBooks Online company files that we own or that our clients authorize us to manage. It is not a consumer marketplace app sold to the general public.

Information we access

Depending on the permissions granted, we may read QuickBooks Online business data such as company information, accounts, balances, invoices, payments, expenses, vendors, customers, and related accounting records. We do not request more access than needed to keep books accurate and to produce reports for authorized users.

How we use information

  • Bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial reporting for DBP and authorized client companies
  • Automated weekday reviews and alerts for Samuel Loureiro Braga and designated assistants (for example Hermes and Braguinha)
  • Troubleshooting connection or data-sync issues

Sharing

We do not sell personal or client financial data. We do not share QuickBooks data with third parties except: (1) Intuit/QuickBooks as the platform provider; (2) service providers who process data only to run our systems under confidentiality obligations; or (3) when required by law.

Storage and security

Credentials and tokens are stored in secured systems with access limited to authorized operators. We use industry-standard protections appropriate for accounting data. You should also protect your Intuit login and enable multi-factor authentication.

Retention

Accounting records are retained as required for professional, tax, and legal obligations. OAuth tokens are retained only while the integration remains authorized and are revoked when access ends.

Your choices

You may disconnect the integration in QuickBooks Online / Intuit Developer settings or contact us to revoke access. Disconnecting may stop automated bookkeeping features that depend on the API.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data.
